Dear Valued Clients,
Along with the rest of the world, we have been closely monitoring the evolving situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of our customers and our employees is of paramount importance.
We’ve taken actions to minimize the risks to our clients and our employees.
• We are frequently cleaning and sanitizing our office, our equipment, and our vehicles. We have made it mandatory for all technicians to sanitize I-pads and any other handheld items after every call.
• We have instructed all employees, including our sales team, to take basic precautionary steps to help prevent exposure to, and the transmission of COVID-19. This includes closely following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette, and encouraging employees to stay home when sick.
• We’ve asked our sales team to use the cdc.gov website as their reference when making decisions about their daily schedules. We have adopted a “No Hand Shake” policy.
• We are using the cdc.gov website as the source of our information. In particular, we are keeping close watch of the Case Count Chart found at the bottom of this page. We believe it serves as the best measure of the status of the situation.
If we are visiting your home for a consultation or service work, we thank you in advance for joining our “no handshake” policy. Please let us know if there are any specific individual instructions or policies you have put in place for COVID-19 so that we can be best prepared to cooperate with your needs and plans. If you’ve been ill, or if you or a family member have visited high-risk virus areas, please let us know in advance.
Thank you for your patience during this difficult time as we all work together to get through this. We wish you warm hand washes, virtual hugs, plenty of toilet paper, and our best wishes for a healthy outcome.
We look forward to Building Memories in your Community,
The HB Home Services Family
